Dragon Age The Veilguard è il quarto videogioco dell'iconica avventura action ruolistica di BioWare, annunciato con un teaser ai Game Awards 2018 con il titolo Dragon Age, poi rinominato in Dragon Age Dreadwolf e infine Drag Age The Veilguard.
Con questo nuovo action RPG, BioWare vuole far evolvere la saga di Dragon Age, iniziata nel 2009 e continuata poi nel 2011 con il sequel Dragon Age 2 e ancora con Dragon Age Inquisition nel 2014. Dopo dieci anni di assenza, EA si prepara a rispolverare la sua serie fantasy di punta, per The Veilguard il team promette non solo una storia epica ma anche combattimenti frenetici e una componente ruolistica più sviluppata rispetto al passato, con l'obiettivo di competere contro produzioni recenti di grande caratura come Baldur's Gate 3.
Dragon Age The Veilguard è atteso al lancio per il 31 ottobre 2024 su PC, PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X|S.
